ALL USED GUNS ARE SOLD AS COLLECTABLES. IF YOU WISH TO USE OR FIRE YOUR USED FIREARM, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING A LICENSED, QUALIFIED, ACCREDITED GUNSMITH INSPECT YOUR FIREARM PRIOR TO USE.

ANY AND ALL CUSTOMER-CANCELED ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES, FAFO.
IF, FOR ANY REASON, MG ARMS CANCELS YOUR ORDER, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
Returns
ALL, AND WE MEAN ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO SUBVERT THIS BY INITIATING A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR CARD PROVIDER WE WILL SUBMIT COPY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ALONG WITH ANY AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE TO YOUR CARD PROVIDER.
Shipping Times
Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 3 business days. During the holiday and peak seasons, shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and we apologize if there is a delay with it. Let our Customer Service Department know if your order has passed the above shipping time, and they will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay.

Order Tracking
TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED TO US WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE BE AWARE IT MAY END UP IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER. Typically, tracking information will be updated at the end of the business day after your order has been picked up by the carrier. If the tracking number has not been added to your order, the carrier has not picked up your order.
In-Store Pickup

Order Restrictions
The customer is responsible for knowing their state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms.
We ship only to valid FFL Dealers.
Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and costs for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive them.
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure a speedier delivery. Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that MG Arms LLC has the FFL selected on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If an FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to MG Arms LLC. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be re-shipped.

All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and
must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellations. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that MG ARMS LLC has an updated copy of the FFL license.
No ammunition, third-party items ( Drop Ship ), or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.
Freight Forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING WILL BE HIGHER OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US / LOWER 48 STATES.
